Highly Commended

Even with such a high level of artistry on show the judges awarded just 12 photos a highly commended award. Whilst they didn’t quite make the final shortlist they clearly deserve a special mention.

This ‘civic trio’ consist of the cantilevering ‘fingers’ of the Manchester Civil Justice Centre, the Cor-Ten metal clad People’s History Museum, and an elegant piece of public art – ‘Doves of Peace’.
